Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
The item should be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging it was received in.
Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
The item should not be part of a final sale or promotional offer.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at support@dfameindia.com with the following details:
Order number
Product name and reason for return or exchange
Photos of the product (if applicable)
Our customer support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return or Exchange Process
Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
Please ensure that the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected. If it meets our return policy conditions, we will initiate a refund or exchange.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and you’ll be notified once it’s completed.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Items marked as “non-returnable” or “final sale”
Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
Products that are missing parts or accessories
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
If the item is eligible for a refund, the original shipping charges will not be refunded.
Refund Processing Time
Once the return is approved and the item is received, refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange, we will send you the replacement item once we receive the original product in returnable condition. If the replacement item is out of stock, you can opt for a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product, and we will arrange for a return, exchange, or full refund based on your preference.
